Sandy used graphical machine learning to make predictions on therapeutics data. She learned about graphical neural networks and cultural norms. She also "went to a lot of museums and went on walks around the city."
Sandy's Story
Sandy Jean-Charles '23 did her internship at Centro de Investigacion en Computacion using her skills in graphical machine learning to increase the accuracy of prediction models. "This work will be included in the work that my lab will do to predict how to best treat or prevent certain diseases based on people’s lifestyle and genetic factors."
